Title: weird error when posting (memory errors thread)
Post by: Thunderbolt on September 07, 2010, 03:09:04 PM
Sometimes when I reply to a thread I get this message:

Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/clockcrew/public_html/talk/includes/class_mail.php on line 1046

The message will be posted though.

I get the same thing, also when I'm reading new messages. Only the NEW ones.

I am also experiencing this problem at times.

Update:

I just made a reply to a topic.
Then I got this message. (yes it's dutch I know)

Strangely it still made me reply to the thread.

Could something be done about this?

Title: PMs broken?
Post by: RobClock on September 27, 2010, 05:48:37 AM
My inbox is telling me that Ribs sent me a PM but everytime i attempt to read it, it doesn't load correctly.
I'm either getting a blank white screen or the following error message;
QuoteFatal error:  Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8208 bytes) in /home/clockcrew/public_html/talk/includes/functions_user.php on line 255

is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I get the same error, only when trying to read NEW messages. I can read the message through accessing it through Google Chrome, though.

Mine hasn't worked since site upgrade. It used to give me a memory message or some shit... now I just get a blank page. I have to select download as text to read anything.

I have the same issue when posting sometimes.

I too  can read PMs from Chrome. Unfortunately, I love FireFox so much more.
