Gagsy seems like a good candidate but it seems that it would be kind of awkward for our first 'King of the Portal for a day' to be a 'Queen of the Portal'. It's not that I don't think that women make good monarchs, it's just that I don't think we are ready for a female monarch. Like, how many centuries of kings did England have before Queen Victoria came along and gender bendered the throne? A lot! But if this becomes a regular event, like the Pass-the-flash is supposed to be, then she could make a good candidate for the future.

Soz... Remember guys this is supposed to be a positive thing, we need to surprise the users, being our king for a day is a great honor. The chosen one is supposed to be a random NG user, with enough posts, pics or maybe even flash animations that we can use.
And it's not only spamming the portal, making songs and drawings is essential too. I believe November 26th would be a good date for the event but if youi have a better idea... share it.

if it's a famous guy, it just wouldn't do any good. it'd be giving him publicity, and making it look like we're giving out blowjobs. nah, if it's some random nobody that's actually active that nobody knows who it is, not only will it stir some investigative shenanigans on the viewers part, but also make a bigger impact.

I think it was something to do with the new clocks and the clock vets and how those who had yet to be clockified couldn't see the forum.
