Just to clarify, the vote was TECHNICLY to establish a "no fly zone" over libya and allow any actions to protect the citizens from Gaddafi, but really that means a "can bomb zone" and "killing the dictators troops", respectively, and france REALLY REALLY wants to bomb them, so while the vote isn't literally to bomb them it effectively is.
