Got fucked over by the Lock Legion, who stole my email accounts and got admin access to one of the cc sites.
Hearing that Pinty had got drunk and deleted the BBS database.
Me getting annoyed and kicking/banning everyone from IRC channel for no reason.

Best: This one time someone accused me of stealing my cartoons from some other artist since 2005 (despite F U Clock always being the star of them) and then they got banned

I remember when I was young and joined the CC, I always dreamed of being one of the most remembered members for helping save the CC from a big fall.  (Silly internet fantasies)  I guess I had my orgasm over .net, and now I just feel like that old guy who takes Viagra to keep his boner.

BitClock losing his mind over internet things
sinking feeling of emptiness post-CD 2006 compounded by people eating each other alive on the bbs
finding out TreeClock did something nasty (I missed this whole incident but I just remember him as this really nice guy)

This made me lol and feel sad I never really participated in those shenanigans.

I've got one I forgot for worst: Posting a picture of my girlfriend in a bikini and her finding out and being super pissed. That was not a good phone call.

2005 was one of our better years. We got .net/.cc up and running after .co.uk bit the dust, the whole "BBBBB CAN I DRIVE" plague of 2004 was finally starting to wane. There was a surprising amount of quality members joining, and a fair amount of beloved old members started coming back.

Organizing raids on Habbo Hotel. This was actually a few months BEFORE 4chan started doing it.

Mr_Artist and the F-Krew trying to take us down. In the end, we claimed their holy day and got lots of their former members to support us.

I can pretty much just point to most of the stuff in Comedy Goldmine and they would count.

Those weird couple of years (I think 2007 until just recently) where everyone just got really uptight about everything and hating each others guts for no reason. There was a point when every other thread just devolved into a massive shitstorm in a few posts.

The ClamCrew takeover. Seriously, what the hell?

Worst: The Clockification removal. Not only did that stir up a lot of drama, but i was hoping the movie I made would help me earn Clockification, which was what I wanted instead of free clockification.

I don't like thinking back to my early time here just because of how monumentally stupid I was, so I'd classify the entirety of my first, and possibly second, year(s) as my 'worst' memories.

Waking up and seeing the midskoo forum skin and reading Pineapples announcement the other week is among the best memories. :)

in the civil-clock war, noobies vs mods, admins vs posters, triangle, vs grey-clock.
fucking horrible times.

tho the ''flash-flood-day,'' , the camel-day, AND the flashes of OTB (which started around 06-07, i think), and the grand airing of CCTV2, were epic things, good things.
too bad sherclock left cc, tho.
that was suck-ish.

Well, to add to all the KittyClock fun, one of my worst memories was with her, though not CC related.  We went to a cheap Baltimore strip club where we both were molested by a toothless, beer-gutted stripper and to get us out of the situation I had to pretend I was epileptic and having a seizure.  I paid $6 for a Coors light and she had to pay the same for a glass of water since she was not 21.

Tons of IRC people and conversations. This one time ZidaneX posted a lame story his classmate wrote for an assignment, and then a bunch of IRC regulars collaboratively rewrote it.
Clockday 2005.
Teabagging the F-Krew website. That whole saga was pretty funny.
Personal Flash milestones: figuring out how to code the DVD menu for Kickflip Dad, making Crispy Beef, etc.
Ventrilo, for the short time the Clock Crew was on that.
Zombie Lincoln/Dwarfinator drawing threads, Topcatyo/Action drawing threads, other Goldmine postings.

Worst:

Vouching for another Clock who got on a griefing group's bad side. Not that I minded doing it, but it was a long, tense IRC conversation.
Various bullshit 7-page drama threads.

Best memories would have to be the Clockdays and regularly making movies back when I still knew my way around Flash (haven't touched it in ages before today). Not that I was ever any good, I just liked doing it.

Worst memories would be very obvious for me. I chose a particularly bad username when I first joined and then there was the whole wheelchair thing which, still for the life of me, I don't understand what the fuck that was about. Maybe I went into a psychotic haze the first three years of puberty or something.

BEST :First joining in CCUK then worked on Blood on the Motorwar and Cup O' Tea collab... even though i have always been a mediocre flash artist!

It was always nice to be able to talk to some very talented people.

Oooooh and the RCC with English, Crust, Corpsey, Klop, Rev, DigitalStalin, and everyone else

 it was a great time untill Drama seeped in.

And those times on skype with English, and Blackmagic and DigitalStalin, oh and talking to Absinthe was always good fun.

Best: In 2004 I managed to start the "For christmas, X-Clock would like X" sig meme, which was cool.

Worst: My first month on Clockcrew.cc, I had made a bunch of movies and got some good reviews from Radish Clock and joined the forum thinking I would be welcome with open arms, only to have the entire forum haze my 14 year old ass. The fact I was called "Demon Clock" didn't help either.

Sorry for the bump. But I wanted to catch up on what all happened on Clock Day this year and seeing how everything is. It has been a long time, (probably too long) since i've actually read anything here. Anyways, I thought i'd chime in on this.

Best or Favorite memory:
Im not going to go all cliche and say v1 of .cc was the best of times; but rather say all of which from day one of CC to today is my favorite memory. Seeing this community still going after X amount of years is astonishing. I was 10 years old viewing Newgrounds.com and 13 when I joined CC in 2002. Thats nearly 10 years ago; and now im a lot wiser, kinder, and responsible. You dont see a whole lot of communities like the 4chans, CC, Newgrounds, etc stick around for more than a couple years and its all because of the great community this has. All the elder clock's from 5-10 years ago still browse this, and seem very encouraging and helpful to newer folks around. CC was always my escape from reality. I had a terrible teenage life; moving all the time, having to make new friends, parents divorce TL;DR...anyways...It makes me happy to still see this site and community still developing and still kickin.

Least favorite/worst memory:
Believe it or not, there's a lot of things I could have done differently. Mainly, just wanting to apologize for any harsh or dramatic shit I ever said or done. And ill leave it at that.

Dang we getting some old school clock up in this thread now.

As for me I was remembered earlier today about all the discussion and preparation for the Christmas CC writing contest... and then the actual writing which was just a blast, finally contributing in my own way, and then voting on the other submissions was fun because it was a great year quality-wise, there were a couple solid deserving submissions. I don't remember for sure if it was that same year that I wrote but I seem to recall Losperman submitting this story about a clown entertainer industry being increased by roboclowns, the protagonist attempted to sabotage it and it ended up backfiring on him, I seem to remember another great one submitted by mechanus? almost sure that was it. His was def good enough for submitting to a real magazine. I'd love to see it again.

Watching A Clockwork Strawberry, the first clock movie I ever experienced. It was an anticlock film, too. I began researching the CC and discovered it all. I think I registered AvocadoClock a day or two later. Maybe even the same day, I forget.
