As I see it, u got two paths, Screw... ask someone else to compile the movie n export it... or omit the parts not compat with your version.

What the hell my .fla on my computer is 24fps, i double checked and triple checked wtfwtfwtf. Try changing it to 24fps to see if it'll still look decent.
