Salvador Dali directed Un Chien Andalou which features a scene of a woman getting her eye sliced. Bunuel is the man holding the razor. Dali wrote scenes, and appeared in the film as a bishop being dragged with a piano containing a dead donkey, and a man pulling it all attached to rope with the 10 commandments.
Dali did make that, along with many other things that were controversial because they were political, scatological, or just generally offensive.
Walt Disney and Dali did collaborate on a film called Destino. It was unfinished until the early 2000's where it was finished and remastered by a team of animators. This project was brought back to life by Walt Disney's nephew Roy Disney. He also collaborated with Alfred Hitchcock on a dream sequence in Spellbound.
