It's a collab.
The premise is everything that happens in this "happened" in an imaginary previous episode of "the Clock Crew" which I guess in this scenario would be like a TV show or something.
I've mixed an audio track that will serve as the basis for the animation- you take a portion of it, and animate along to it, then I string the parts together to the original track.

I just realized this is really similar to an old Family Guy joke (http://mesogog.buzznet.com/user/video/60648/previously-family-guy/), and I'm sorry. Uh... try... try to underplay the resemblance? :shrug:

We'll probably end up naming this Clock Crew Episode 3 or something.

You can use an ActionScript camera, but it has to be this one (http://www.newgrounds.com/dump/item/fbc145b8503951ef0079e0e2eb423e1d). Sorry. Do not use another one. Do not rename the camera symbol. Do not place the camera symbol in a folder. Do not change the code of the camera symbol. If you can't abide by this, just don't use an ActionScript camera.

Not a rule, just a recommendation: try to avoid direct references to the material the audio originates from, especially well-known video games.

I'm not claiming any parts for myself, because my intention is to pick up the slack.
After a reasonable amount of time, if parts are still unclaimed, I'm going to do them myself just to see things along.

IN ADDITION TO THE REGULAR PARTS
I'm seeking somebody to voice act "Previously on the Clock Crew" for the beginning of the Flash, and something along the lines of "And now, the thrilling conclusion" or whatever. Use your imagination.
You can post your auditions here, or PM them to me, and we'll have a vote later on about which one to use.

On that note, I am also seeking A THRILLING CONCLUSION.
And by that I mean A STUPID CONCLUSION.
Following all of this, we need an actual fake episode to wrap things up. The funniest thing you can think of to cap off ~4 minutes of build-up. I suggest watching KnottsberryClock's Scandal! Part 4 (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/41320) for a sense of what we're going for.
Topcatyo has volunteered for this!

We'll also need credits. You can volunteer or not, but it's probably the last part that will need doing, besides compilation.

If nobody volunteers for the conclusion or the credits, I'll do those, too.

These are all amazing I can't possibly pick. So I used a random number generator and got 19.

Also, the separations are not set in stone. The order is, but if you feel two parts go well together, and they're next to each other, feel free to claim both and animate them as one part. Or take two parts that are far away and call back to an older one. Or whatever.

I used a quantum random number generator to decide which part I wanted to request, so there should be several different universes now where I have chosen a different part.

I'd prefer them separate, to eliminate the risk of pops and skips in the audio that sometimes pop up during export.

TequilaClock signed up for Part 26 already, and I didn't want to actually steal his part, but still felt like animating the idea I had for it. The idea does come from one of FU's movies. Look it up on the Portal.

Go ahead and submit your version. As I said in my post, I really only made that in about two hours out of boredom and it's not intended to be an official part, hence why it's the wrong size. You're the one who signed up to that part, so unless Slurpee decides otherwise, it's yours.

I can't imagine Slurpee complaining about you updating the OP while people finish their parts.

Also I feel bad but I won't be able to work on my parts I signed up for until Christmas break, which I believe starts December 16th (oh god that's so close so little time for homework)

I tried to make the first half decently drawn to compensate for the lack of actual animation but on the second half I decided "fuck it" because when I asked Flounderman what kind of mech or whatever he wanted he said he wanted an ork version of Gurren Lagann and that was just so stupid I decided not to give it the time of day because I still have so much on my plate that I put this off for a while and still don't have time to finish it.

Yet for some reason I spent sort of a long time drawing Katamarita which made me realize how fucking ugly it is and it made me regret ever conceiving that Flounderzedd flash.

Basically everything I make is full of terrible references to my other work and popular culture and this is probably the worst example. Thank God it's only a few seconds long.

Oh man I thought about this the other day and was going to bring it up after ClockDay. I'm so glad you're still interested in it.

I can't do anything until after Clockday but I still have part of my first piece animated. We should definitely take this up again and promote it after Clockday and once all those reverse the flashes and pass the spams are done.

Basically: After Clockday I am all over this, after Clockday.
