Well, with the pokeradar thing or whatever you could get a shiny version of a lot of pokemon, it could take a while, though. Plus, if you screwed up then you'd have to start all over again and that was very annoying.

I actually found the Gold/Silver/Crystal Elite Four to be the easiest, they took almost no effort. In Diamond/Pearl, there were some dudes I had never seen, in addition to the fact that I never train so I had to use asshole tactics to kill everything.

If you used Rock Slide on Articuno it would die. Plus, Sheer Cold only works on enemy pokemon of a lower level or equal, so it would have to be level 100. You'd also have to assume that it was faster than it's opponent.

(politicians love that stuff) Then I need you to kill a guard too and take his belongings. Now, you should be able to go into some sort of weapon storage room and take some sort of explosive. (any explosive will work) Now, I need you to put it inside the presidential stall and stand guard outside with the detonator tucked away. When the president inevitably goes to the bathroom, wait 30 seconds and run away from the door. Then you have to set off the explosive. After that, you need to crawl in the air vents to get back to the entrance and change back into your other clothes. Then you need to hitch a ride on a bus out of there. After that, you're free and I can no longer help you... good luck and I love ya man.
