But this game... I'm not making it for people to play, I'm not making it to be accepted on newgrounds. I'm just making it to show off to my friends that I can make a game. The thing is I can't. If I wanted a game to be accepted and voted highly, I would care about quality. But I'm just going to make some pixel sprites and have them walk around.

I wanna make a short walk around mini game like in Seer: Descend. All I need is a map with multiple rooms, a player, inspecting, and some NPC's you can talk to. Can someone tell me how to do this?

The creator of that show with the foreign name I can't spell has made another comic, his favorite work, it's called Johnny the Homicidal Maniac. It's quite good. I recommend it.
