Quote from: PineappleClock on September 08, 2024, 09:14:27 AMHi I'm an old-timer :bandwagon:
Forgive me, my memory isn't as good. Was it you and I who set up the cc.net years after the original? I keep thinking someone named quartermelonclock or some shit helped out with that but I swear it was you.

Funny to see this post here. Randomly was just thinking about NewGrounds and my old internet days. I was 14-15 years old when I stumbled across ClockCrew. I'm now 31. I'm wondering at this moment in time if anyone still here remembers me? Who all is still around?

General Discussion / Any MTG fags here?
May 13, 2013, 11:18:54 PM
I have 9 put together decks. Out of the 9, id say 4 could actually win a tournament. For the curious, I started off mainly playing in modern format, but have found much more fun in standard lately with the controlling decks (I have a great esper control deck), but I love playing my naya blitz deck.  Just recently took 2nd place in a local FNM. I will be playing in a PTQ in June here in my city and will most likely be playing a varation of bant.

Also, anyone see they are bringing back slivers to m14?

General Discussion / Best/worst Clockcrew memories!

[yourname][/yourname] joining the clockcrew, man that was awfull

And you are?

Sorry for the bump. But I wanted to catch up on what all happened on Clock Day this year and seeing how everything is. It has been a long time, (probably too long) since i've actually read anything here. Anyways, I thought i'd chime in on this.

Best or Favorite memory:
Im not going to go all cliche and say v1 of .cc was the best of times; but rather say all of which from day one of CC to today is my favorite memory. Seeing this community still going after X amount of years is astonishing. I was 10 years old viewing Newgrounds.com and 13 when I joined CC in 2002. Thats nearly 10 years ago; and now im a lot wiser, kinder, and responsible. You dont see a whole lot of communities like the 4chans, CC, Newgrounds, etc stick around for more than a couple years and its all because of the great community this has. All the elder clock's from 5-10 years ago still browse this, and seem very encouraging and helpful to newer folks around. CC was always my escape from reality. I had a terrible teenage life; moving all the time, having to make new friends, parents divorce TL;DR...anyways...It makes me happy to still see this site and community still developing and still kickin.

Least favorite/worst memory:
Believe it or not, there's a lot of things I could have done differently. Mainly, just wanting to apologize for any harsh or dramatic shit I ever said or done. And ill leave it at that.

I would like to think The ClockCrew has more class than a dirt rag, run down building you were conceived in.

Im debating between cod5, which I already own on the 360, tf2, Left4dead, which i already own that too, or some other game someone suggests.  Im willing to play any game that doesnt have a monthly cost like that World of warcraft shit does.
