General Discussion / Probably don't remember me.

Quote from: TelephoneClock;1739499They got rid of it because everybody was spamming the forums with threads like "hi I'm back" and "What's up CC" and all.

See: http://www.clockcrew.cc/talk/showthread.php?t=93015

But still, good to meet a fellow Clock!
I fixed it. :)

I've been active for years but I just recently took a huge interest in the career field of Graphic Design and I thought that staying in the Clock Crew would be great practice. If anyone has any advice for being a graphic designer or becoming one please feel free to share. I'll see you all around the forums.

Oh, and I'm thinking of designing a new clock, Hippie Clock.

I'll start drawing him out unless it's taken.

I'll just probably keep the same design. I tinkered it a bit but it's basically the same. What do you guys think?

Well, until I get a PM saying I have to change it I'll just stick with it. I'm doubting the Microwave Clock that exists is active.

someone suggested that you were just microwave clock and keep the hamster as an ongoing gag

I second :this:
Alright, that seems fun.

/edit Microwave exists but it's just a clockfan so I'm assuming I can take it anyway.

I doubt any of you remember me. I used to be Boxing Gloves, then Warhammer, now I'm Hamsterinamicrowave apparently. I'm thinking about getting back into flash but I'm not sure whether to stick with this or to come up with some other clock. Well anyways, here I am.

Pokemon Stadium / Cthylla/Cthulu
November 02, 2008, 10:29:53 PM
I just thought this would be a real challenge and I wanted to see if the Clock Crew had what it takes to be able to recreate this drawing.

I just wanted to have a little competition on who could draw the best interpretation of Cthulu or his daughter Cthylla which is basically a giant octupus type monster with wings. The best will be used for a logo for my band Cthylla www.myspace.com/cthyllametal

Entertainment / Metal Guitarists

Quote from: Randy Pearson;1377547I have to go with Silvercherry on this one. I understand that you're trying to achieve a specific sound with your band, but if heavy metal (especially in the 80s) has proved anything, you can not just fake talent.

You guys should try out different styles of playing and see if anything sticks well. Ask you band mates what they are trying to achieve with this band, because their might be something you aren't aware of here. It's better to be just a regular rock or alternative band with good guitar players than another metal band with crappy guitar players.

And if nothing seems to work, then logic dictates that your friends aren't as talented as you thought, and it's time to search for better back-up.
Thank you...At least someone leaves a helpful comment.

One of our guitarists is out of town so I'm assuming he hasn't made anything up but maybe i'm wrong. And the other one is my puerto rican friend who can make shit up but is to lazy.

Our band is trying to create a song but our guitarists are NOT creative at all. They are very talented at guitar but their songs compared to the riffs made up on youtube is not even comparable. Anybody got any tips on how to create a metal riff that will blow minds?

General Discussion / So I fucked up my Oblivion game
August 04, 2008, 10:36:18 PM
I know its about a game but its more of a technical difficulty so I put it here.

I figured I'd never play Oblivion again when I beat the main quest awhile back (MISTAKE) so I tried to uninstall it and for some odd reason it was bugged...So i said fuck it and deleted the main Oblivion folder (because it took up to much space on my hardrive). So now when I put in the CD and the main screen pops up and I push Play it says the .exe is not found then when I hit Uninstall it says the setup.exe is not found...So if someone has oblivion I think if they sent me the setup.exe file over email or something or maybe even the whole Oblivion folder I could just uninstall it and reinstall it for my playing pleasure. Please help me.
