hmmm...

i dont know this flash, but i could search a bit in the portal.

also: OMG, you're back, klop!!!!
where have you been, mate?
i've been talking about you and the old legends of the ''CCP'' forum crew (with relovutionary clock) for years!
what happened?!
welcome back.

Yeah it is so sad that all that information is gone now...
I always wonder how and when it happened that I have only 50 posts here instead of about 600 I think...

So many stuff was deleted and I kind of forgot all my life in those years, I just remember we had fun... I would be very glad to hear stories about what happened there far in the past, I feel as if I lost most of my memories and that's quite sad

lol I feel like I should make a rant about what happened to the internet, I don't know if it just me who feels like it but something changed

I have a strong belief that if the Void series is completed, some mind-shattering crazy shit is going to happen in the world... Some sort of a revelation...

General Discussion / I have to find this flash!!!
February 11, 2016, 11:29:47 AM
Please if someone remembers this flash, try to recall its name or the author's name...

I have no idea when it was posted but it's probably a long time ago, I am not even sure if it was a clock or a lock movie...

Anyways the story goes like this... Some character somehow aquires a huge amount of "coolness", and a counter somewhere on the screen showed how rapidly the character's coolness level rises... The funny thing about it is that the code that incremented the number caused it to grow so fast that at some point it moved to a floating point representation... something like "coolness level: 5.25480129757467171704117746037e+61"...
the e+ thing was hilarious...

So yeah that's about it...

Flash & Flash Accessories / Help with Flash CS6

Is this bone tool any good? Because I can't seem to be able to use it on Graphics/Movie Clips, just simple shapes.
Does Flash have anything like puppet warp?

It could be so amazing if Flash had animating tools like in AE and I wouldn't have to render every moment...
How come it has been 6 versions of Flash since it's by Adobe and the animating tools still suck...

Flash & Flash Accessories / Help with Flash CS6
May 26, 2012, 07:45:38 AM
Is there anyone here who uses it? I made a search on the forum and there's not even one result.

I haven't used Flash in quite a while and I need it, however I'm only used to Macromedia MX 2004 and I don't think it works with Windows 7, (or does it?)
The thing is I don't even recognize the program... The interface seems brutally defaced.

I'm mostly using After Effects for animations but it seems ineffective and way too slow for long animations.

What version of Flash are most of you people using for your animations, and what do you think about the new versions?

Are you serious?
I don't see anything wrong with your drawing, it looks quite realistic to me.
I guess I would smudge/blur the shading

I guess I would use the finger (or a special smudging tool) to smudge/blur the shadows and make them smoother, unless you want the grain texture.

General Discussion / Stawberry's Disappointing Day

Well alrighty then, if it doesn't lag,
I'll try making a full length movie one day...
It's just a pain in the ass, as flash crashes every time I hover my mouse over the library.

Well, this isn't exactly a movie but rather an experiment to check if it'll lag on NG... (I abused some filters I suppose, in order to create a sort of anti-aliasing effect)
I haven't touched flash in quite a while...

Oh by the way, about some sentences in the movie... I really have no idea if it's even correct to use them that way... (I picked some random words from thesaurus.com)

Anyway, does it lag for you?

EDIT: Lol got to say I watched it 10 more times and those lags induced by the sounds and the explosions are just unbelievably fitting lollll

Flash & Flash Accessories / Flash Camera!?!?!?!
October 28, 2010, 01:05:39 AM
Quote from: Zen Micro Clock;1790066The Vcams that are coded now work excellently. I use the code from this one, but I constructed the actual camera on my own. Also, when you want to export, you're going to want to export it as a .mov instead of an AVI since for some reason AVI's don't recognize movieclips and you'll also see the camera moving around on the screen instead of the camera moving the way it should in your .swf. If you need any help, let me know.

Thanks!
By the way, which version of Flash most people use now? The newest one? or CS4? older?

Flash & Flash Accessories / Flash Camera!?!?!?!
October 27, 2010, 07:07:19 AM
Hello, I haven't been using Flash for a while and I have a question...
First, when I was using Flash I used the MX 2004 Version, which is 6 versions older than the current one.
And back then I was manually doing camera effects (Zoom in, zoom out, movement etc...)
There was a thing called Action Script Camera but I never used it, because it wasn't supported when exporting to .AVI files or whatever video files.

Sooo... My question is...
Are there new useful tools which can help me do camera effects, or do I still have to use the old way of motion tweening a Movie Clip with the scene?
(And so it will be also supported when exporting to other video files)

I tend to upgrade os's when i upgrade to a new computer. So........ I geuss we will have xp until this little guy gets proned to death. Give it a few years.

Back in 2001 when XP came out, I had the same issue with Windows 98... I refused to change to XP...
I used Windows 98 until 2004...

I still think 98 was cool... I just didn't like the Win 2000 much...

I'll probably get used to Windows 7 only when 8 comes out...

Wow.. You all have so much of everything.
I still have Windows XP... I don't like the newer versions of Windows...

Haha and I have only 2 GB ram... and 2 GHz of something else

Do you people really love Windows 7?
It looks rather horrible to me... Too complicated...
