Quote from: ScrewdriverClock;1877369So you're asking if we know how to utilize a java application to copy files from a remote cloud based location onto someone's hard drive, without their consent or knowledge, under the pretenses of a prank on people who are on your dropbox?

I think these are more your kind of people.
It's mostly a test if this is possible. It's not like I'm trying to make a virus or w/e.
I can already copy files from anywhere on the computer to anywhere on the computer or linked computers. If I could acces a file in the registry, I could copy files from exact locations on the computer. So technicaly, yes you could steal someone's private files and software if you do this.

But I will only use this as a research. I will only use my app with my ein xp laptop, and the win 7 laptop from a friend. That way, I can see if this code works for a different OS.

I'm making an app with a friend of mine.
The app is based on trolling people that are part of our dropbox.
We made a program that can copy files from one folder to another.
It also checks if the two folders have the same files in it. If this ins't the case, the files will be auto-copied to the folder.

The location of the dropbox installer is different on most pc's. So I was wondering if I could link the location through the registry value.
Does anyone have experience with this?

2 was a realy nice movie. And 2.5 was realy great IMO.
3(D) was ok. So I don't expact much from 3.5. Steve-O is more fun when he is drunk.

Quote from: Bluezombie;1814026I started listening to them after hearig Nobody's Real from the End of Days soundtrack.

I pretty much only like the songs with the fucked up industrial robot sounds in it
That's what I thought too, at first.
Mega Kung Fu radio was a pretty good album if you give it a couple of listens.
I kinda disliked it at first, but the second/third time it sounded alot better to me.
But if I look back at the album now. It isn't quite a masterpiece or so. But it is a fun album to listen to once in a while.

Tonight The Stars Revolt bores me nowadays. I kinda listened to it too much.
Sure it was great. But if you listen to alot of bands in the same genre, it doesn't realy stand out.
