Quote from: Slurpee on April 29, 2025, 02:38:51 AMI devised an easy way to remember the number of days in each month
the secret is they all have thirty-one, except for the five that don't, but one of those is february, and we all already know about february. so really to know the number of days in every month, you only have to memorize which ones have thirty

and that's just April and June... 'cept no

April | June | September | November
April | June | 'cept     | no.

alternatively, it may help to picture an ape named Sepno going to temple?

I have another way that's just as good and I use it all the time and I talk about it all the time if you look at your fists and look at the first Knuckle and consider that January, that's 31 days, then consider the gap between that knuckle and the next one February that has the lower amount of days

Every knuckle is 31 days and every gap is 30 or 28 and it works for June and July too because you have two knuckles in a row if they're all intact

You also likely have one extra knuckle and one extra gap which are used for unlockable secret months

I was going to prepare paneer korma yesterday prepared according to a recipe on the BBC food site, I use the BBC site for most recipes, I don't know why

well I do know it's because I know I can count on that site only containing recipes and no fluff or a stupid story before it, and the recipes on there are more varied than on other sites i know which don't have the stories either but do have the blandness. i may have accidentally created myself a british diet

they carried a lot of spice pastes in the big store but not korma paste so i just took this small packet instead which contained tikka masala spices because i know i like those ones so whatever so I guess I made paneer masala instead, it was still good

did you know that the first plants had feet because god thought they would stand still on their own but then he turned his back and all the plants started scuttling around and it made the sound of a cartoon xylophone which god heard because he is all hearing. so when the plants all pretended to stay still after he turned back around? that was futile

and he took their legs away

Please don't read this! In 1997 a girl called Lauren was walkng in a forest and then she just disappeared. No-one ever found her until 2000 when a young girl called Mary came across her dead body. There were markings on her chest that read: "I wasn't pretty enough." Now that you have read this, Lauren will appear in your mirror saying "You're not pretty enough!" and kill you. By the way, Mary died shortly after finding the dead body. To be saved, you must paste this to 5 other websites. This is true.

I've come up with a tagline for an amusement park and i'll give it away for free, even if there are agents of ad agencies (wait.. i get it now, agency) scouting this forum

"you're never too old to go to the amusement park"

as a child i read books about mushrooms that catalogued them and were used to identify them and I recognized probably hundreds of mushrooms on sight, sometimes i even wanted them books read to me as a bedtime story. i was afraid of real-life mushrooms and i would never eat them I would only help spot them when we went mushroom picking

currently i think they're disgusting to eat, mostly because of the texture

I get along well with my coworkers at this company that I've worked at for two weeks and in the previous companies I've worked at and in the military I worked at as well for that matter but I wouldn't call any of them friends

I haven't made any enemies either. From popular culture it looks like a lot of people have work enemies. I'd like that but only if it were someone I could do battle with and we could pit schemes against each other
