I am playing Bugfa Bles, the spiritual indie successor to the Paper Mario series

I'm nearly halfway through and I've found it real good so far. It oozes charm like a rotting candy apple and the battles are actually challenging with the hardmode enabled, which was never true in the old Paper Mario games. if you're a fan of those you should maybe play it, it's pretty much got the same mechanics and but with added bells and whistles and tons more sidequests.

i was going to complain about the name of this game because it's an old pun and crash bandicoot has already used fucking time travel before why would THIS be the game explicitly mentioning time travel in the title???? But then I remembered that there's a game called Wrath Of Cortex and wouldn't you know it the bastard HAS been angry in previous games so the crash bandicoot series is no stranger to redundancies like this

The Perfect solution to this problem is to add a throwaway line to one npc saying "this is just a game so it doesn't matter if you kill people and I love you" and small kiss

Do you think it's a good thing that Europeans are protesting against this very American issue? I suppose it's a good thing that it's getting visibility all over the world like this, but again,  the only reason this is the issue people got worked up enough about to protest is certainly the fact that we consume such vast amounts of American media that this just hits the hardest. It'd make more sense to tackle the systematic racism the Romani people face here, for instance, but that's not as visible and doesn't get enough wokeness points so uhh why bother

At the end of the day, I believe biggest result we'll manage over here in Finland is some rising COVID-numbers since people took to the streets in masses even though that hasn't disappeared anywhere which maybe I dunno that could've warranted some thinking beforehand, huh? Although I suppose a lot of those protestors were black people who wanted to feel solidarity with American protestors or something and that's more understandable
