TLDR time!
It has been awhile, hasn't it? After nearly three years in limbo, we are bringing TIEM back, and we need a few good Clocks to help us in getting things organized. RabidClock and I will be taking on Editor in Chief/Managing Editor duties, but TIEM is all about collaboration, so we are putting together a team of editors to oversee the production of the magazine.
Here are the positions we are looking for:
Features Editor
The features editor will be focusing on the "big" articles in each issue. Some articles may be long, but for them to be a feature they have to be significant in some way. This means cover stories, events (Clock Day, duck.fla, thdrk, etc.), and anything the feature editor may deem attention-worthy. The feature editor may also put forth suggestions to contributors for features.
Layout Editor
The layout editor will be responsible for the, uh, layout of the issues. Where articles go, how they are laid out, what order they are in, where the comics should go, if they should be in one section or spread out, where pictures or artwork fit into articles, etc.. I believe the issues are ActionScript, so knowledge of it is pretty much a must (although I am ignorant to it, so what do I know?).
Art/Photo Editor
The art/photo editor will be responsible for producing and/or obtaining the visual imagery for each issue. That means cover art, any backgrounds needed/wanted, assets for articles, etc. Some of it could be by request of the writers of the articles, or simply volunteered by the artists.
Comics Editor
The comic editor's main responsibility will be to produce and/or obtain comics for the issue, but they may also generate themes or ideas to go along with other items in the issue, or have them stand alone. Example: the editor could state that the theme for comics in the next issue is friendship, then each artist comes up with their own interpretation of that theme. That is only a possible avenue, as every issue could just be free game for comics as well.
Although these positions will be heading up their respective sections, you can see that most of them overlap in one way or another. That means there will be a lot of teamwork involved, so we aren't looking for people to be "bosses" so much as team leaders. As I said, TIEM is all about collaboration, so we want to encourage as much participation as possible from the community, and having controlling, anal editors will surely prevent people from wanting to work with them.
These people will not be totally responsible for content, though. That's where everyone comes in. We want variety, so we will be calling for content from everyone each issue. We are still in the process of organizing things and getting this team together so we aren't calling for content just yet, but be on the lookout for that in the near future.
HOW I JOB GET?
If you think you are qualified and have the time/drive to fill one of these positions, PM RabidClock and myself with your "pitch," meaning what experience you have, what you will bring to the team, etc. You can announce your interest in this thread, but we suggest against listing any of your qualities/experience here. We don't want this to become a "I am more qualified than ______ because I did ______," thread, so sending a PM is the only way we will take your nomination seriously.
Edit: You may apply for more than one position, but we will only choose one person for each position.
If you are unfamiliar with TIEM, or would like to refresh yourself on the magic that is TIEM, here are all of the previously published issues:

TLDR: TIEM is back, apply for jobs. kthx
