How am I going to post a reaction gif to this?

I'm better at making Clockmas movies than Clockoween so I just might give this a shot. Been a while since I last made anything worthwhile. I'm on CS6 now though so I'm not sure how much of an issue that would be (I know it exports AS2 just fine).

Better late than never, Silver. I never did get around to finishing what I had for 2012.

Quote from: joliet_jane;1974277Holy shit, I just went to the Classic Portal page, and the "Latest Submissions" movies are the same ones I was looking at before I went to bed last night! Even a few years ago, that would never happen; movies fell off the portal page in about an hour, not a day. Is NG really that bad? How many submissions are there when it isn't Clockday?

Even back in the mid-00s I wondered how the CC would end, but I never thought that about NG. :waitwhat: When I stopped going there I thought it was just me. But it wasn't.

The fact that NG and Flash are useless as shit on tablets and phones probably didn't help.

It's not just you. It's been like this for a while. Not sure if it has anything to do with the redesign, since it was only then that I took notice of Portal activity again (for obvious reasons). But it is quite depressing when you realize it :/

Yeah I'm bummed that I can't even view my own work on my phone unless I export with a different format. Hopefully, Swivel will help with that going forward.

I'm not one to take selfies but I'd totally be on board with this.

I remember seeing you tweet this drawing a few weeks ago, that was great.

Loved it. My favorite part was when StrawberryClock saved the portal.

Quote from: DumpsterClock;1973224I vote we do the complete opposite of what everyone is suggesting. We should get super regressive. Like numa numa parodies and all your base movies. It'll be so bizarre it's bound to attract attention

It's probably what attracted the better half of us.

Quote from: Marlin Clock;1972936Actually it was originally started by some newgrounds-famous dude named Luis as a legit Anti-Clock revivalist day after his Clock Day 06 flash failed to win awards, but then we caught wind and decided to make it our own day. It also happened to be pirate's birthday so we just co-opted that into an irony/pirate themed flash holiday.

Apparently he removed the flash in question for some reason.

Huh. That much I missed.

Makes it even better IMO.

Quote from: TruffleClock;1972929Okay, not really. I made an iOS app instead of a flash movie :(

But you can still vote 5 if you have an iPhone! :tophat:

And does anyone still remember me? I see Absinthe in the recent users list!

You and I have not met, but I remember you from all those Warpigs shorts.
