it was both of them. gfc did it a couple months after bluebeet iirc. somebody said the site was an FBI honeypot (which would explain why it was still up) but idk where that information comes from, it's just what i was told. i hope it's true, because, that would mean, definitely none human exploitation or sex trafficking occurred as a result of the clock crew forums.
 at any rate, we actually knew that at the time. tbh speaking as a then-current member of the staff, i don't think anybody was happy about how it went down, but we were still more with bit than we were gfc or bb. bit was an asshole, and everybody knew it, but cp is a pretty distinct line to not cross. i believe tree's response was just something like "Oh dear. That's the same site that BlueBeet posted."

cp is gross, and so is whoever did it, gfc, or bluebeet.
(however they did it on purpose, or for making a ''prank'' to the CC?)

(because i remember BSC-clock posting guro-porn in the forums, just to stirr things up.
also, people who do cp should be imprisoned&beaten up. imho
