Favourite Fish Meals

A nice grilled salmon fillet with hollandaise sauce (I eat the skin)...

...and of course Fish and Chips with salt and lots of vinegar...

Does calamari count? Because breaded calamari with lemon is AMAZING.

Least favorite would be calamari, I once had those little rings at a buffet where I thought they might've been onion rings, but I was unpleasantly surprised when they turned out to be rubbery and tasteless.

Fishsticks

This fish dish has a name, but I can't tell you what it is because its geographically related to a restaurant within 3 mi. of my house.  But basically, its catfish with some kind of seafood stuffing baked on top.  No frying involved.  This is the best fish I've ever, ever had.

Had a delicious herring salad sandwich in Amsterdam yesterday. The dutch certainly know good fish... They have like a fish stand on every corner (wild exaggeration).
