Metal Gear Online is bullshit

The game is fun, the service is horrible.

First, you have to make a Konami ID, and then using that ID you can make a GAME ID for MGO. Then, with THAT Game ID you can create multiple characters with their own stats and levels. Also, to get a new character, you actually have to purchase one with real money.

There was an expansion pack up 15 bucks on the MGO online store. I went through the annoying and complicated task of purchasing said expansion pack and found out that they have no way to let you down load it.

The entire MGO website was shut down for a week. It came back online today. I still don't know HOW or WHERE to download my expansion pack, I fucking logged into my Konami ID and it said I bought the expansion pack, theres no confusion about that, they know I bought it.

But how to retrieve it is a fucking mystery. Can someone help?

Ya, well, I work, I make 10 bucks an hour straight, I get to listen to music while I work AND smoke. I can spend 15 bucks on an expansion pack.

15 bucks worth. New additions to TDM, with the ability to be the leader, Meryl, or the weak link, Johnny, some stages and some other guns or something, I dont know
