i love my iphone!

you cant make calls with the ipod touch, so you'lle basicly carrying two devices. Its has no mic as far as i know
(this doesnt count when you have a supercool phone though, then its not worth it)

Ipod touch doesnt allow you to be online all the time, only on wifi networks.
Most of my coolest apps work with the web in some way, except of the games.

I just love to check mail, twitter, listen to music and call at the same time on one device.

I dont know what the phone plans are out there, this might be a big con for the iphone though.
