Looking to obtain Flash

I want to be within the law this time.

BUT! I'm not on the kind of budget to be saving up hundreds for cs3+4 or whateverrr.

Is there some way to pay a lot less for these programs?

There has to be because of the sheer number of people with copies who I'm positive don't earn that kind of money//

You could probably find it for about $150 on ebay, but I don't think I've ever seen it dip much below that.

I found an education version of Studio 8 for $200-something. But it took a long time of searching to find it at that price.
