My wrist bone actually looks like that.

It's not the shape that's wrong, it's the position. It should be at the proximal end of the wrist, not the distal. The end of the hand on that side is harder to see from the back, so look at how it lines up with the end on the other side. Also turn the hand all around so you can see the end in relation to that bone protrusion.

Another suggestion is to make more of an angle where the hand ends on the side of the thumb.

Don't. It's still good, but you can always get better, especially at anatomy.

I think it is long enough, it should just bend over to the front a little more.

You can't put your middle finger straight up like that, with the other fingers in that position, it just doesn't work.
In case it was supposed to be straight up, then yes it's too short, if you just bent it forward a little it would look a lot more natural tho.
