It looks completely unnatural, they should probably look like they're actually pushing their weight forward instead of just magically going at a constant, and their knees seem to be around the lower half of their leg

you need to put more thought into the keyframes of your run cycle

the above image doesnt apply to running but maybe find some footage of someone running and go through it frame for frame?
