Actually I think whoever gave the URL control to floppy in the first place is as much to blame to for ICs destruction. Pretty sure that was weenie roast though and he's my bro.

And right now there's no reason we can't just remake IC, we have URL control and tons of clocks have hosting up for grabs... Apparently people just don't care enough. It was kind of pointless from the beginning though, seeing as how all the users of the site just used IRC all the time and the forum was like a shitty version of their IRC chats
