I'm not really happy with the way it turned out, the hat is all wrong and the mouth is poops. I did it really late the other night though, which is why the lines look confident as I couldn't be bothered taking care. Also cocks and I should really scan this instead of using my phone camera.

I would go ahead and finish the neck (with a little shading). He looks like he's floating out there to me.

It's not the glasses so much as the eyes. I would get a ruler and make some anatomy/perspective notes over this, then trace it for a second draft.
