Student exchange

Sup guys. I'm looking to possibly do one of those 3 month student exchange things next year, but I would have to submit the form soon. It would have to be to a french-speaking country, and so far the options are France and Luxembourg for 3 months, Belgium for 2 months, or Switzerland for 1 month in the summer.

Someone from that country would come here for 3 months from August to November, then I'd go there from February to May.

Considering I haven't been in Europe to any great extent, which of these 3 would you recommend keeping in mind the school system somewhat. Or any information on any of the 3 would be great as well.

Dont go Switzerland, it's a horrible country for anything but skii-ng from what I've gathered in my visists.
It's not half as cute as they make it look in movies either, Austrich is much better in that way.

France is nice. Belgium? Well atleast it's not holland...

France would likely not be in Paris or Marseille. Most people have gone places like Nice and such.

Holland is an option but the French program isn't there which is the whole reason I'm going.

Would I be able to get by in Luxembourg for 3 months (including secondary school) with a fairly solid command of french? Belgium as well I suppose.
