Movie by Uwe Boll. Picked it up in the 5$ bin at my rental store, and this totally satisfied my violence cravings. If you like extended scenes of careless, sadistic violence you'll like this! The ending was also very unexpected.

Basically the movie is about a 23-year old dude who builds a kevlar helghast-looking suit of armor, packs 2 uzi's and a bag full of surprises and goes on a huge ass killing spree accross town.

Not sure what's the big deal over this guy? This is the first/only of his movies i've seen and i personally enjoyed it
