Rather than just give a generic "meh" emotion like some sort of FLAMING HOMOSEXUAL I'll try to give a little constructive criticism

People don't like it because the entire movie is just an extremely base, simple non sequitur joke. It's not even a REAL non sequitur either because getting run over while in a road is hardly unexpected. So basically there's no reason whatsoever it would be funny. Now if you had just had an endless loop of sir clock walking that would have been unexpected and a bit funny. Or if you had sir clock actually start doing things long enough for people to be fooled into thinking this was a serious movie before having him run over an abrupt ending would be more unexpected and thus funny.
