Think of it as a burrito where instead of a tortilla shell, it's made with that shitty dry cornbread stuff whose flavor overpowers every other ingredient you put in it.  The only way to make sure it tastes like something other than cornbread and doesn't completely rid your mouth of moisture is to douse it with half a gallon of hot sauce.
