... is actually really fucking good holy shit

I was freaking out when it was revealed in E3 2010 and I finally bought it yesterday. It's one of those games that are very hard but feel very fair like Super Meat Boy, and the level design is absolutely fantastic.

My only peeve is the use of motion control for a few moves like the roll, which should have been just pressing B but oh well. It feels a lot like Rareware's style from the mid-90s, but it also has a different breathe (I kinda feel like the colors and some aesthetics look more Mesoamerican inspired rather than African, but that's ok). I like the ones on SNES a bit more for the atmospheric feeling they have, and yet DKCR manages to get to emulate a lot of the dynamic platforming style in their games, as well as putting a challenging collectathon.

You should really get it if you haven't.

yeah I have been catching up with Wii games lately because I realized they would take forever to reduce their prices and I got them in a not-so-bad price.
