Well, they're on the same game engine but the gameplay is completely different. CS has a heavy focus on locational damage, which TF2 does not have, and TF2 gameplay is focused more on tactical map control whereas CS is focused on flanking and quick engagements. TF2 also has an unusually high health pool for a FPS and CS has an unusually small health pool

Overall  I see the following:

New MvM map

New weapons: The Rescue Ranger, Loose Canoon, Vaccinator, possibly that black Ambassador that the spy is holding

New reskins: all will probably be available in strange: Festive Frontier Justice, Festive Ubersaw, Festive Axtingisher, Festive Huntsman (big deal here, because strange hunstman is like 25 keys right now), Festive Buff Banner (currently there is no strange BB), Festive Holy Mackerel, botkiller weapons with engineer head

new hats: who gives a shit? a bunch
