PolyhedronClock good idea with the chinstrap, but im gonna keep this one simple if it gets made.

break open carton of oj
make note of where folds/glue are
create sewing pattern generally following the same lines
go to fuckin' jo-ann etc. and get yourself some fabric and sewing shit
put on a relaxation tape
light some candles
concentrate deeply on 6th grade home ec
remember how to sew; the knowledge has always been within you

I'd like to make one out of some fabric/felt material, but a cardboard model might be a good start.
