why candlejack is banned?

first of all, i know that we souldn't question/or contest bans, but in this case, it's quite puzzling.

i was informed that candle jack got banend today, and for 14 days no less.
now, that's a bit too harsh punishment for an old clock that came back in the CC, and might generate bad emotions, and hardships for the crew.

i searched a bit, and i found out, the reason for his ban/chill was a comment of teh type ''id rampage it'' towards a drawing of succumbus clock, who returned in the CC. (welcome back, BTW)

now, while this may be a bad offence, it's not the first one we did here.
almost everyone in succumbus clock's intro thread reacted pretty much the same, and they didn't got banned for 14, or even 7 days.

my proposition is this:
lets reduce candlejack's ban/chill from 14 to 3-5 days, so that he will get a less harsh treatement, but to also let him learn his lesson.

-even tho, i think that his insult wasn't THAT bad, in my humble opinion.
and we did worse posts in the past. alot worse.

i dont want to lose a good member of the CC, like candlejack/kyubit/moddedPC, because he is a good person, and a good animator, but also because that would be bad, and if we keep up on this practise, (long bans) we would get less people in our forums.
