If your like me you dont have time to animate, working 2 jobs, hopelessly addicted to gta5.
One method i've found is spend 10 minutes on a project daily, pick a time of the day (before bed,after work) and spend no more than 10 minutes on it but do it daily.

Got birds 2 done this way,
and the last spam movie as well

well, in 3 days, you will be able to produce 3 lines, which in turn will take 10 days to become a good short, clock movie.
