An IP is a unique identifier for, I think, your router. Tor is an anonymous browser, which means it doesn't send out any IP-related information when you use it, and a proxy reroutes your connections through another remote computer (the actual proxy server) so that the receiver of the information you send out has the IP of the proxy, not yours.

Weird, Toad, cause you have a lot of IPs. I suppose you might also log into .cc from multiple locations with dynamic ips too.
