Besides what Blackberry said... I'd also fix the gradient on her 'blush'...  i'd make it a radial from the middle that fades to an alpha of 0 on the ends, and have it grouped, so it sits on top :0

Ehh I didn't like how the it was looking on radial because it was like a dot inside an oval, almost like an eye.

I don't know what you're saying in regard to the picture and for real life. The upper and lower arm of a human are roughly the same length.

No, the forearm is a little over one and two thirds the size of the arm (if memory serves).

EDIT: Nope, just measured mine, I was thinking of forearm+hand. My forearm it's self is about two inches shorter than my arm.
