Pyro preview site (and CC TF2 Game signups)

yeah i played for an hour and collected all the weapons. The backburner in my opinion is the worst because.. well i don't know it's just hard to sneak up on enemies with so short range, and it does very little damage to buildings.

also, and although i really didn't use it this time, there is an EXE file you can use to unlock all the pyro achievements too.

I'm actually quite good at sneaking up as a pyro. It's kinda like being a spy without cloaking ability, although seeing as I haven't unlocked any Pyro weapons yet due to the fact that I still have outstanding medic achievements, I'd have to try it myself.

Also, the fact that the air gun uses 25 ammo per shot is a little ridiculous. Eight shots of that alone will use up your whole ammo gauge, not forgetting that the flames use up enough as is.

Yeah but dude.... reflecting rockets and sending people flying is really worth it. I think I'll stay with the old flamethrower rather than the backburner.

We’re looking at bringing the Goldrush and the new achievements and stuff out to the 360…How and when is still sort of being determined, on pricing and that kind of stuff. On the PC it’s sort of wide open, you can release stuff whenever you want. On the console there’s a little bit more of a pathway…So we feel like we’re kind of there now. We’ll probably be making some announcements pretty soon on what will happen with the 360 stuff. I don’t know thatâ€"unfortunately I don’t know that any of that will make it to the PS3.

It was more of a shoot everyone you see game rather than an achievement game.  Most of us already had all the weapons.

And Wind-Up, I don't have a screen shot, but I remember at least these people came: Topcatyo, HueyFreeClock, Tabasco, CorpseGrinder, Sobe, SockPuppet, Floppy, GGindustrialindustries (sorry, don't know who that is) Flux, Vulcan(once again I don't know), Torch, and Notoorjus.  I bet I'm missing a few, so if you were there, just let WindUp know.

By the way, good turnout people.  We pretty much filled the server.  Next time I should try harder to find a server just for the CC.  (maybe even password protected)

The main problem with evening games in the US is that it is much too late for our European brothers, and we should be considerate for them.  However, If you want to set up CC TF2 game, be my guess to set it up whenever you like, and I'm sure you'll find a group to join you.
