It doesn't matter, because you have no point due to the burden of proof resting on YOUR shoulders, not his, as the claimant. That's what that means. Since the burden of proof is on you you can't make points relying on the fact that your opponent didn't prove/disprove your claim. Not to mention it was a bad example because of the logical fallacy HINT GET BACK ON TOPIC of affirming the consequent, or:
