Planned parenthood was born out a eugenics program, and actively sought to control the black population under Margaret Sanger (the founder) which is one of the reasons why the black population hasnt changed much since 1930.

For the sake of accuracy, the black American population has grown by 25 million since 1930.  It has hardly been stagnant, though it saw a short decline around the 30's.

I'd say authoritarianism has been around for a long time here in the United States, as well as other other countries that call themselves democracies.  If I recall, the alien and sedition act made it illegal to criticize the president for a whole year, right after we fought a war for independence!  Still, we've had various degrees of free speech and workers' rights in this country, right now being one of its low points.

You guys can bash fascism for obvious reasons, but the working/middle class fared very well under Hitler and Mussolini.  It's under democracy that we're seeing free speech go down the drain, as well as job opportunities.

No, but i do have the ability to recognize a herd mentality when i see it and think critically against a emotionally charge and ill informed back drop of the majority who would all like to convince me that their way of thinking as correct and im simply uninformed, or paranoid.

To be honest, I struggle to understand what you're trying to say, though it isn't because I can't grasp the concept, but rather because your english appears to be full of typographical errors, which blurs your message. From what I can tell, you're suggesting somehow that, among other things, Woodrow Wilson was the first American president to lean towards authoritarianism (?), liberalism (by the American definition I assume) is a modern and altered form of fascism, and the black population is being controlled because liberals in power have racist views and are attempting to create a "pure race" of white people (?). Is that what you're saying, or have I misread?
