I made this as a christmas card just now for my housemate... It's done in the Jip en Janneke style (sort of), and it depicts the Sinterklaasfeestje at our college this year. My housemate had brought her boyfriend along, and he was the only black guy amid a bunch of white students and teachers and... a white guy dressed up zwarte piet (her boyfriend has no idea what zwarte piet is).

I attempted to recreate the likenesses of (from left to right) my dutch teacher, me, my housemate, her boyfriend and zwarte piet.

I'm going to print it on photo paper and then go over Piet's red clothing with red glitter glue.

Haha, it's sort of part of the style. And by that I mean I copied the body of a character in this book almost completely then just changed the head. The rest are all completely original designs though.
