POTC3 DS: 99%

Okay, guys. I've got 99% on the game. I have all treasures except for one: A Tear of Calypso on the Upside-down Ship. The problem I have is that in every single area, I've pulled out my compass and all I get is "No treasure detected!"

I am clearly missing something. Is there a secret area I haven't discovered? Could my game be faulty (even though I just got it)? Please help.

I dunno, I barely ever play licensed games.

A reason is that as they are mainly rushed, there could be a fuckload of bugs or even be soul-less. (though i could be wrong on this one)
