Not that I don't think some snotty little 14 year old couldn't use the sort of discomfort that being arrested can provide, but arresting people should be saved for situations that are dangerous.

I firmly agree. I can only think of one reasoning. These people are clearly I'm a edgy teen, and the cops in town have nothing better to do.
