It's hard to make cylinders in Spore. By hard, of course, I mean impossible to the best of my knowledge.

I noticed a lot of fins used in place of flower petals. Not all of the parts came in the expansion pack.

You can see creature parts in the plants made by maxis too, appearently you need a debugger or something like that to become able to create plants

What I find funny is that I've encountered several of these amazing plant creatures in-game, and they're all incredibly aggressive.

This patch should be able to change the frequensy of attack's/raids/disasters during the spacestage, so I'm getting it

Sorry for flying off topic, but, since some of you are wondering aloud what became of our artsy papa bear, I guess I should let everybody know that Leek has said to me that he's merely very very busy.

It was never my intention to 'leave' the Clock Crew, by any means -- I simply started becoming busier and busier up until the stage at which I am now, which is perhaps the busiest (mostly with college work, regrettably). My dissertation is due in next week.

Not wanting to 'leave', having no regrets or misgivings about my time and position in the Crew, but feeling comfortable with you and ZL in positions of power, it was easy (but admittedly irresponsible of me) to let the group i'd been actively helping lead for years sail on without my guidance for the time being.

It does feel unnatural to distance myself from the group in this almost involuntary way -- as if i'm signing away my own power of attorney in preparation for losing my mind. I <3 CC and what it's done for me, and this is still represented in my tattoo which I'm still thankfully rather fond of, even if it's the only current display of my loyalty possible.

So yeah.

Slurpee with monster legs and ape mouth is pretty hilarious.
