If any ridiculously popular fantasy book series should get an MMO, it would of made sense for it to be Harry Potter.

Yeah, that would work quite well. Except that the Harry Potter world, being carefully concealed from Muggles, would be quite rigid, structured, and generally confining. Which I suppose defeats the purpose of an MMORPG. Unless one were to play a dark wizard...
