I just sketched this pretty much free hand. I just used my hand as reference for comparative size of parts of the hand.

The pinky is a little too small but otherwise I think it's pretty swell. If you spot any glaring mistakes please point them out.

The tip of your thumb appears to be curving inwards, normal thumbs usually don't curve in that much without a lot of effort. At least mine doesn't.

I found it incredably hard to put my hand in a pose like this without assistance.
 
It's actually pretty good, the only thing I would suggest is to use your own hand to try and get the perspective down. It kinda looks like he's holding an invisible gun, if the gun were really really really flat and had a large handle. hands are a bitch to draw really well
