I also want tats. I want a big fucking AK on my back, spiderwebs on my elbows and a crying clown on my chest. Also i missed your "gang" like the others gta's had, when you buy something suddenly your gang dudes patrol around it. It was neat.

I basically want Saints Row 2 only with better graphics, running on the GTA4 engine and dialog written by Dan Houser and Lazlow.
