Need Flash sources

Hello Clocks. I have to put together a handbook on how to use Flash (specifically Flash 8) for one of the classes I'm currently taking. I was wondering if you guys had any sources that could be useful for me. Specifically websites that have detailed descriptions of the features of the program and how to use them. I already plan on using Flashkit.com, but I'll need some more. Thanks <3

I can not however cite my own personal knowledge, or the program itself as you seem to be suggesting, on this paper as a source. I dont see why you cant cite things from the help menu.
it's a source you know. and you can actually show it to people as proof that there is where you got it from.
