Video rendering without fucking up quality

Ok, so flash can render out really nice looking .mov files (that are huge in size) and I have that, however, it renders horrible audio quality. All I need to do is render out the video I already have with replaced audio track so the audio is better without fucking up the video quality.

I've spent 5 hours in Adobe Premiere and have 1,000 videos with shitty video and great audio because it always fucks up the video render when I literally don't even need to change it :\

in Premiere you import video and then output video. I want to do that and not fuck up the video.

Or somehow just render the new audio in without it touching the video, which I have no idea if its even possible to do.

yeah I think the problem here lies in premiere. because you can output lossless .avi's from premiere that does not fuck up anything

Yes. For five hours already.

I have a .mov thats nearly perfect now it just gets a little off sync

export the animation(?) as a series of image files and import those as frames in premier

Just remake every frame in mspaint and you're golden.

So when you render with premiere the video becomes shit and the audio becomes great, and in flash its vice versa ?
I don't ever really render with both, but Final Cut Pro seems to work similar to premiere.

The only advice I can really give you is to take a good look at your output settings, do they differ a lot from the settings you use to export the movie in flash ?

If all else fails, maybe upload it and send it to me and I'll see if I can give you a good export, I've got some great tools at my disposal for these kinds of jobs.
