NEED YOUR HELP - Hot Sauce aid

Ok so there is this Swedish site which finally lets us import some nice sauces/salsas, I love hot food and we literally have nothing native stronger than blackpeppar in our cocking.

What should I order? Give me a product (they have shittons and else you can specially request). Doesn't matter how hot or expensive if you can just tell me why it's godamn tasty and why it would make me the sauce baus.

Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce. Reason: its good

Tabasco is the brand that you see on restaurant tables all over. It's not amazing, necessarily, just common.
I've also seen Cholula serving in this capacity.

Sriracha is a different style of hot sauce, but some people swear by it.

I know of other people who are quite fond of Tapatio.

There are also 9999 brands of super hot hot sauce that you can buy to show your buddies how much of a man you are, but honestly if it's so hot you're not really tasting it, there's not much point, you'll never use it, and it'll take up shelf space. If that's your thing, you could just buy pure capsaisin, but then you'd have to actually be judicious about how much you put in, and there'd be none of the flavor that makes good hot sauce good.

As for salsa, I haven't tried a ton of brands, but Imus Ranch is good.

Yeah I never did understand the super hot things because, from what I've heard, pure hotness isn't what makes the flavor so I don't really care much for topping the schoville rankings... I don't mind it being really hot if it makes my food taste better though

I could say "shit" tastes great but if I was really trying to convince you that shit really REALLY is a taste sensation worthy of defiling your mouth, you'd want to hear a grand tale of why that shit was the best shit in the whole world.

I first saw this at a Thai restaurant and later a noodles place. It's sweeter and goes really well with Asian dishes... especially seafood..

Bhut Jolokia is probably one of the tastiest- and most punishing peppers i have had the pleasure to eat whole.

I'd say start with Frank's Hot sauce and Sriracha.

Franks is tangy and mildly hot, Sriracha is a little sweet and a little hotter.

I actually don't eat a lot of Sriracha, but apparently it goes on a lot of foods. Franks also goes on a lot of foods. Franks makes leftover pizza great, and I always eat franks on eggs and spaghetti.

Tapatio and Tobasco are good if you want to add just pure heat.
